We recommend looking at the measurement guidelines on our size chart in order to choose your size.

Regarding children's sleepwear, the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) mandates that children’s sleepwear styles starting at 9-12M either follow tight fit standards OR be flame retardant. All of our fabrics adhere to government fire safety guidelines, and in many cases, fit will vary by fabric. For footies in sizes 9-24M, RightFit™ footies are roomy with a relaxed fit and babies can likely wear the age-appropriate size. Sleepwear styles made of other fabrics are tight-fitting, and it might help to size up.
