My package was marked "delivered" but I haven't received my package.Updated 3 months ago

We're so sorry to hear that! Occasionally shipping providers will mark packages as "delivered" when they have yet to be delivered....and the package is then delivered a couple of days later. Your local shipping carrier may be able to assist. Please also ask any neighbors in case the package accidentally wound up with one of them.  

If you purchased Shipping Protection by Route for your order, you can file a claim with Route here if your package doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of being marked “delivered".

If you didn't purchase Shipping Protection by Route for your order, shipping providers recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. Magnetic Me is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages for orders without Shipping Protection by Route.
