There hasn't been a recent update to my tracking number. Is my package lost?Updated 3 months ago

In the last few weeks we've seen packages get stalled in transit...and then get back on track in a few extra days. We hate when our shipping partners let us down like this apologize that our shipping provider wasn't able to deliver your package as speedily as expected. 

If you purchased Shipping Protection by Route for your order, you can file a claim with Route here once it's been 7 days since the last tracking update.

If you didn't purchase Shipping Protection by Route for your order, Magnetic Me is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages for orders.
