Our package protection partner, Shipping Protection by Route, protects your order against damage that occurred during shipping. Shipping Protection by Route does not cover products that have a manufacturing defect.
If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please contact customer service and we'll remedy the situation.
